Hello, this is Keith Swartz, one of the on-line consultants. Complaints
have been flying in, and I'm not sure whether or not you've received word,
but the printers in the BACK room of the student center cluster are currently
inoperative--completely unresponsive to queueing or printing. (I speak
of w20-east-{1,2,3,4}.
