Guys, this host, Gypsy, is Miki's main machine that she uses
in her office every day to do work.

It is flaky and needs to be examined and repaired.  Could we please
remove the obstacles caused by misfiling the order to put this under
contract, and get it fixed ASAP?

This machine is one of those few Ultra-1's that we bought a while ago.
We don't buy them any more.  We don't like servicing them, but they're
not 4 years old yet, so it's really not appropriate for us to replace
them, or to allow them to drop off hardware support.
