Calculus printer needs help.

Hi, we have a printer in a private cluster in room 2-034 that
is having some problems. We can access the queue, but it doesn't print
anything. I contacted Anne Lavin, who contacted Anne Salemme, who said
that athena couldn't access it because the server, calculus-p, does not
offer any remote access.
Would it be possible for you to please fix the server so that
athena people have remote access to the print server, and also please
fix the printer. Files sent to it are simply not printed. lpq says the printer
is ready and printing, and yet it sits idly. We are able to dequeue jobs if
we want to, but the printer itself is unresponsive. (We are also out of toner).
