We were getting complaints about the print quality on Thesis so we switched
europa with thesis. We have been having quality problems with thesis for some
time now. Could you have Dec give it a good overhaul as we really need a
good printer for the students thesis printing. The print on europa is not
critical so we will use thesis as europa until such time as dec does the
work.
