The MIT news server senator-bedfellow.mit.edu (aka news.mit.edu) will
go down for an upgrade on Tuesday, Nov 23, 1999 at 9:00PM. The outage
should last up to two hours; for its duration, users will be unable
to connect to the news server. The server will be upgraded to a faster
machine with more disk space.
