screen jitters

the screens on both m2-032-10 and -9 have slight jitters.
60Hz?
I know that happens to monitors as they get old, but.
These are new machines, are they new monitors too?
In any-case, I use this cluster a lot, and have never noticed jitters
before; now it is on two machines. I was wondering if there was perhaps
something environmental, or with the power supply.
