On Thursday, August 19, Filter Sales, Inc. will be changing air filters in
Buildings 37 and 3.
To insure a timely completion of this work, Facilities requests your
cooperation in notifying all affected occupants. Please instruct these
occupants to make the necessary arrangements to remove furniture, equipment,
computers, plants, etc., that may be obstructing equipment. A two-foot
clearance is needed in front of the fan coil units. Ceiling hung fan coil
units will just need to have access from below.
