To whom it may concern:
We are having difficulty with our printer in 66-008 named cheme0. The printer
is under a support contract and is a HP Laserjet iiisi. The printer says
internal paper jam but no paper is visible. So either the sensor is wrong or
there may be paper in the 'back' section near the paper exit. If someone
could look at the printer we would appreciate it.
