Sally,
The user maintenance message is generated by a milestone number of
pages, such as the 100,000 mark you mentioned. Since it is a milestone,
scheduled maintenance, service contracts do not cover the maintenance
kit. HP considers a maintenance kit like a toner cartridge.
The options are to just override the message if everything
is running fine, or to install the maintenance kit, which is available from
us for a price of $227 for the kit + $60 for the labor.
Please advise as to which course of action you would like to
take.

Hi,
The printer Disney Dollars/Money needs attention. I think it's the
usual 100,000 page tune-up. It's an HPLj 4simx, in N42, 1st floor outside
the OLC area. The error message is "user maintenance".
Thanks.
