It appears that bldg 4 dropped off the network for a split second. At about
2:35 pm. The systems came back up and everything seems to be OK. We received
NO calls regarding this issue. All other clusters seem to have been
unaffected.

Brian C. and i witnessed the systems in 4-167 booting but not in 4-035. When
we arrived at 4-035 all systems were up and functioning. Not sure if even
4-035 was affected. One of the sipb boys was at the scene. I forget his
name, he's always upstairs in W20 if we need to get any info from him.
