Update --
I just found out that the "momentary" outage will occur at the beginning
of this shutdown and at the end as well. This means that all of the
services that will be affected below -- will be affected on a momentary
basis only. Otherwise --everything will be operating as usual during the
shutdown.

I hope this clarifies the matter. If not, please feel free to contact
me.
