Dear Everyone:
Update ... Some of you have questioned why we are asking for this
shutdown again since the work was to have been done on October 6th. I
just found out that this was not the case because the valves were not
holding and therefore the work was not done.
PPL would like to do this again tomorrow because they have come up with
a new way of dealing with the valves so that they will hold and the
pipes.
I hope this explanation helps out a bit. Please let me know if this work
would be all right or not.
