hi, i was having problems on an athena machine and I inadvertantly deleted some files that i shouldn't have. i was getting some errors in the console about it being out of space, so i thought that i would wipe out the /tmp directory. i su'd and went to type in rm /tmp/* but i guess i must have hit the wrong command because instead i killed a bunch of files that i shouldn't have (including znol and scan, for instance) and now the machine won't even run X. I don't know the name of the machine (its not printed on it anywhere) but its the Ultra sparq in the corner of the largest room of the Building 37 cluster.

sorry...
