Someone came yesterday and brought this monitor back to life (although
I had to provide a key tool!). As he was leaving, I noticed that the
active area on the screen was MUCH smaller than usual -- about two
inches of black around all sides. I pointed this out, and the
serviceman adjusted the scan area to make it larger.

Not until today, when I was able to log in with my usual desktop, did
I notice that the scan area on the screen is severely distorted:
letters are over twice as tall at the top of the screen as they are at
the bottom, and the entire right side of the scan area seems to be
stretched out to the right.

I think the monitor needs further and better adjustment of its scan
area. This isn't especially high priority, since it works, but if you
can have someone come see to it at some point that would be great.
