ceres tray 2 not working

ceres is a printer in the W20-575 cluster. When trying to print from
tray 2, the printer whirrs for a bit, and stops with a "Paper jam;
clear 1 page" message. Opening the various doors around the printer
finds no paper jam; upon closing the doors, the printer concludes that
there is no jam and tries to print again. Power-cycling the printer
did not help.
If paper is loaded in both trays 2 and 3, it will try to print from
tray 2. I removed the paper from tray 2, forcing the printer to print
from tray 3. It seems to be working fine for now.
