Please note that the Pietro printer in Roach is (still) not operating.
I called and left a message about this yeserday morning, and it may have
been fixed for an hour in the afternoon, but the 79 service 8308 message
still appears on the display. Also, this is a common service message
for this printer. As there is no manual with the printer, however,
those of us who rely on this printer are not able to attend to it. If
this is a relatively easy problem to fix, could you let me know the
steps so we can efficiently keep the printer in working order?
