Machine m38-370-15 (a sparc 4) is having difficulties.
Right now, it's displaying the gray stipple default X background,
but there is nothing else on th screen.
It does not respond to Stop-A. I unplugged the keyboard and
plugged it back in, and the machine beeped, but nothing else
about its status seemed to change.
