Whoops. This was actually fixed last Wednesday, but I forgot to send
mail about it. The problem was as Lou described...not picking up from upper
tray. I replaced the Paper Input Unit and all is well with the world.
Printer name: Pal-HP4si
Printer location: 38-601
Problem: no feed from upper tray.
Parts used: RG5-0025 (Paper Input Unit)

Marty Hughes called with a jamming problem on the pal-hp4si. It appears that
the top jams when in use. When removed, all is o.k. Have placed a call to
PCService.
