Hello hotline -
The Schedules Office in the Registrar's Office will be taking over
scheduling of the electronic classrooms as of Sept 3 reservations.
Thus, it is very important that we coordinate change of the door
key code this year with them.
I have told the Schedules Office that we would decide on door
combo codes for each of 1-115, 14-0637, and E53-220 *beforehand*
(this week for example) and do the switch on Friday evening,
August 29. This way they will have plenty of advance time to get
the combo out to those faculty who will be starting to teach there
during the week of September 1.
So, I'd like to request that you choose combo's this week and send
mail to eclass and to schedule with the new codes. Then, wait
until the evening of August 29 to make the switch.
Does that sound like a workable plan to you?
