I just got a phone call from David Rho who said that often when a
faculty member in EECS calls hotline to report that an Athena
workstation is down, hotline tells the faculty member to call
David Rho rather than responding to the call.
Since the machines in question are paying full AthenaService fees,
can someone please get back to me with an explanation of why
hotline folks follow this procedure?
