Subject: Case ID's for 11 system's
Bill These are the case ID's for the replacement IP24's I've ordered
them all and you should start seeing them tomorrow.
We're going to have the other case 0812442 closed, since the problem
appears to be hardware.
PS I know you've been asked this but are the latest patch set's loaded
on these system? also Is there any 3rd party memory, disks, or bd's in
any of the systems?
