click.mit.edu (an AFS server in the dev.mit.edu cell) will be shutdown
for 30 minutes to an hour between 00:00 and 03:00 on Friday 8/8
(Thursday night). The purpose of the outage is to move click onto UPS
power. The consult zephyr instance will be kept up to date as the
outage occurs.
