Athena hardware problem

Hi we have a sparc station with what is believed to be a hardware
problem most likely with the system board. The machine actually hangs
about once every day or every other day (kernel does not panic, it just
hangs) Stop-A doesnt work to power cycle it requires physically powering
down. I have already called the athena hardware hotline and have gotten
no response. The hostname is thor.mit.edu and is located in E52-364.
