Guys,
I went over to take a look at Helios in 56-129. The paper trays
are not the problem as both work fine in the upper bay. Neither works
in the lower bay, so it is the Paper Input Unit, into which the paper
trays are inserted.

I have the part and can do it as soon as possible, but I am
planning to do this tomorrow morning at 8AM so as to inconvenience the
fewest number of users. It still does work from the upper tray and the
cluster was full when I was there. Since it is the only printewr in the
cluster, I do not want to take it off-line with a full load.

If this is unacceptable, please call me up and I'll do it
more quickly.
