Sometime yesterday afternoon, palladium seems to have crashed and
experienced filesystem corruption on reboot. I found this morning
that noone could log in. It complained about the attachtab, I
found that /usr/tmp/attachtab was a directory (owned by root, perms
1777 or 3777).

I renamed it, and it rebooted OK, and seems OK now. However, the wtmp
file also seems corrupted, and so I'm worried that there may be more
corruption which isn't being noticed.

If you think it's worth doing, you can reinstall the software when you
have the chance. It's a completely standard cluster configuration,
I've done no customization.

Thanks,
Craig
