I have read all the online help available, and haven't been able to sort out my problem. I was
hoping you could help.

I have been having problems with Netscape. It will not send or receive messages, or print the
screen. I don't know what to do. Following is what messages appear when I try various
functions:

WHEN GETTING MAIL

Can't move mail; unable to write to /usr/mail/ammonaco. Permission denied.

For the internal movemail method to work, we must be able to create lock files in the mail spool directory. On many systems, this is best accomplished by making that directory be mode 01777. If that is not possible, then an external setgid/setuid movemail program must be used.

WHEN SENDING MAIL

A network error occured: unable to connect to server. The server may be down or unreachable.

Try connecting again later.

WHEN PRINTING FROM NETSCAPE

UX:lp:can't open acceptance status file
UX:lp:can't open acceptance status file
UX:lp: acceptance status of destination "pandora" unknown

Can you tell me what I need to do?
