I updated both printers' location info to M12-282.  The printers will
pick it up when next they are power cycled.

While doing this I noticed that the hostnames M11-116-* and M11-113-*
are still extant in moira and still have bias & savion (resp.) as
their default printers.  This should probably be cleaned up also
(unless you know something we don't ;-)
