I spoke w/Mr. Macintyre who is the supervisor of the filter changing
crew. He said there would no problem in changing the filter on AH2
first tomorrow morning at 7:30 AM.

The following filter change notificaiton/shutdown request for Bldg. 14S
for 3/12 is for your information and comment. Would you please let me
know if this has your approval or not.

Air Handler 2 - services basement stacks
Air Handler 3 - services Main Library S.E. 1st & 2nd flrs.
Supply Fan 4 - services Main Library S.W. 1st & 2nd flrs.
Air Handler 5 - services Hayden Gallery - 1st flr.
Date: 3/12
Day: Wednesday
Time: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Duration: 6 hours/15 minutes within above time frame
Effect: Minimal - loss of supply ventilation/cooling although each air
handler and supply fan will be down one at a time for one-hour
fifteen minutes at a time.

be done first thing.
