When I cam into work today I found the sgi in 11-326 in an
unresponsive state. I have no idea who was using it last or what
they were doing. There's an error message on the screen that
says:
PANIC: init died (why =3, what =0xb)
I wish I could provide more useful information. All I know is that
it won't reboot and this must have happened sometime yesterday when I
was out.
