Filter Change Extention Request - Bldg. NW22 - now for 1/17

The filter people were not able to complete changing the filters in
NW22 today. Would it be possible to extend this work to Friday, 1/17?
Please advise if there is a problem.

The following filter change request for Bldg. NW22 for 1/16 is for your
information and comment. If you have a concern, please feel free to
contact me.

Building: NW22 - 1st floor, 2nd floor South and second floor North
System: Air Handlers 1, 2 and 3 (equipment will not be shut
down during filter changes)
Date: 1/16 - 17/97
Day: Thursday and Friday
Time: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM each day
Duration: 6 hours
Reason: 18 filter changes
Effect: None - equipment will remain operational during filter
changes.
*Note: Please make certain that there are no objects
either underneath or above the air handlers so that the
filter people can easily access these units.
