   Is this trouble still open? Last I heard was Ron H. was looking into it.

The N52 trouble is fixed.  It looks like there was dirt
or something in one of the RJ45s.  This showed up on the
Fluke tester as an open even though most data was getting
through ok.

Blowing out the connector and doing a few wipes seems to
have fixed the problem; the workstations are operating
normally and the Fluke no longer shows the problem it saw.
