Moira upgrade, Monday the 13th

The Moira server will be upgraded from a DEC5000 to a shiny new
Sparc20 this Monday, the 13th.
SCHEDULE:
The database on moira2 will be closed around 12:30AM early
Monday morning, and reopened on moira3 sometime Monday
afternoon.
REASON:
Part of the continuing migration of services from DECs to
Suns.
SERVICES:
All moira services will be unavailable during the outage. This
includes moira, blanche, listmaint, mailmaint, reg_extra, and
new account registration.
IMPACT:
Other than the outage, the upgrade should be mostly
transparent. All sane moira clients should automatically
begin using the new server instead of the old one.
The services maintained by moira will not be affected by the
outage.
