The following requested filter changes for Bldg. 10 initially for 12/20, 12/23
and 12/24 has now been extended to include 12/26 and 12/27. Would you please
et me know if these extended dates have your approval or not.

System: Fan Coils, Supply Fans and Air Handlers (No equipment
will be shutdown during filter changes)
PM#702200 located in 455MR services 4th Floor Library
PM#714370 located in 401MZ services Bldg. 3 & 7 President Area
PM#702178 located in 002MR services Basement plus 10-050
PM#716979 located in 000R services mezzanine offices
Date: 12/20, 12/23 and 12/24 (and now for 12/26 and 12/27)
Day: Friday, Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Time: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM each day for 5 days
Duration: 7 1/2 hours each day for 5 days
Reason: 24 Filter Changes
Effect: None - no equipment will be shutdown. The Filter people
will come in, remove the old filter and put in the new.
Note: Please remove any paperwork that is either on top
or or beneath any of this equipment so that the filter people
can easily access the equipment to change the filters.
