The combo-controlled latch on the door to the W20-575 cluster
was sticking strongly enough to prevent the door from being opened
from the outside with normal amounts of force. I was able to make it
not stick so much by entering the combo and moving the latch back and
forth several times, which is mostly what was done by the physical
plant locksmith that came out to fix the problem the last time this
happened (a couple of weeks ago). At the time, she recommended
replacing the mechanism with a sturdier model, and since it's having
the problem again, I'm passing that recommendation on.
