Hello Arthur -

I hand over the request for deployment and installation to Cluster
Support, who then interface with the Network group.  There are
obviously some processes here that need some kinks worked out, but
your particular request is now moving in the pipeline and under
control.  You should be hearing back from someone in the Cluster
Support group shortly as to the status and anticipated completion
time of your workstations.  It's probably best if you send your
email directly to hotline@mit.edu, copy to me, if you have further
questions.
