I'll just send him email that the process is moving, but I'd
appreciate it if someone from hotline (JJ?) gets back to him with
an explanation of where things stand and when he can expect his
workstations to be up and running.

hi naomi--

can you do anything to get the network drops here activated?  the
workstations are here and hooked up, but the drops seem not to be
active.  i thought this was all taken care of, but apparently not
yet.  is there someone you can bug about this?  or is there someone i
can bug about it?

incidentally how is all this stuff coordinated?  you do the machines
and software, and some other office does the communication lines?
