Homer was reported as having two problems. The first - printing
two copies of everything - was because the menus weren't locked and the
printing menu had a setting that was set to Copies=2. Changed it back to
Copies=1 and all was well.
The second problem - jamming in the duplexer - was also easy. When I
removed the duplex unit to check out the paper path, I discoveres a torn piece
of paper near where the paper exits the duplexer. Upon removal, duplex
printing was successfully accomplished.
It just doesn't get any better than this.
