Dorian is now up and runing after replacing the power supply.

Machine name: Dorian
Machine type: R4xxx
Machine s/n: 080069097324
Machine tag: MIT-0296812
Parts used: Power Supply (060-0008-001)
(FYI, SGI has replaced the R4xxx power supply with the power
supply on the R5000. It is supposed to be sturdier than the older ones.)

Subject: dead SGI (dorian, E40 test cluster)

We cannot revive dorian, the ACS remote-access Indy. This is the SGI in front
of the cluster to your left as viewed from E40-362. That is, not the one right
next to the printer hp-test, but the other one.

Suspect and bad power supply and have forwarded to PCservice.
