[35194] in Hotline Meeting
workstation helpdesk3 can't be reached over network at all

I don't understand it at all, but the Sun Sparc4 called "helpdesk3"
works fine from the console -- you can log in and do everything --
but it can't be reached via telnet and is a black hole to ping.
Maybe something got misconfigured on the machine, but I can't think
of what to fix given this behavior.
Any help y'all can offer is greatly appreciated.
