Hi-
Abe from the hotline suggested I send mail to this ID to
resolve my problem.
The athena printer that we have has been hung up since this
morning. When I look at the windows lpr spool and check the
queue it has a message which says: PRINTER ERROR: MAY NEED
ATTENTION! (PAPER OUT)
We have checked the paper tray inside and out - literally. There
is no problem with the paper tray.
We have shut off the printer 3 times and that does not help.
Could you please help me out.
