Hi All,
We have several dorms that have MIT owned printers. In the past when I
needed support I would contact Brian Melanson. He would solve most
configuration/software problems and then forward the hardware problems to
someone else (not sure which group). Should hardware problems with the dorm
printers go to you guys?
I have 2 problems.
1. Printer: jonathan
location: w13-basement (Bexley)
problem: On start up the all the LCD panel pixels light up and stay on.
Rebooting with jet direct card and network connection removed leads to same
result. Have tried cold reset and menu reset with no luck. HP thinks it is
hardware related.
2.Pinter: pulp-fiction
location: thats the problem
This printer use to be in Senior house before the renovation but now it is
gone. RCC Joe Foley thinks cluster may have moved it but we really don't
know. Can anyone shed light on this?
