Jack Ahern from housing mentioned that the Senior House printer
(pulpfiction) was removed by Matt Brawn on May 22 and has not been returned.

Rebooting with jet direct card and network connection removed leads to same
result. Have tried cold reset and menu reset with no luck. HP thinks it is
hardware related.
