I had the following message sent to me regarding slow response on the
ZBT subnet. Can you tell me what's going on? Have any changes been
made preceding this, etc...?
When your ILG has network problems, please let me know (mvan@mit.edu,
253-0121). If you can't get in touch with me and it is an emergency,
please call Network Ops (x3-8400, network@mit.edu).
