I suppose this is a hardware problem, but I am not certain.
The terminal in room 1-151 (Monisha) doesn't seem to fully
recognize the user when she logs in. I can log into the
machine but cannot incorporate mail & when I write mail
it gets send from an Unknown User.

I have checked the system out and it needs software.
I have left a mssg with a person by the name of francesco.
He may not be the right person though according to a user
in the rm.
Lisa would you be able to give us the ok to reinstall
software or maybe who could give permission?
