"Parsons" printer

I grep'd through 5 years of logs, and found that naming the Parsons
Lab printer "parsons" doesn't conflict with anything, and that the
apparent conflict was because of a transcription error. (Brian got
the wrong building number from somewhere, and there was further
confusion since we re-used an old server name.)
The current state:
- the printer's hostname is Parsons-p
- the print queue name is Parsons (e.g. `lpr -P parsons`)
- everything should work after the next namespace update (tomorrow)
