It's on Wednesday, August 28th from 2:30 - 4:30. It's in 37-318
really, but the handout for faculty will say 37-312 because that's the
room number that's posted out in the corridor.
So we need to send a MOTD for closing that section the room even before 2:30
so the Card Office and Athletics people can set up. And we need to make sure
the machines are all up and running please :) Also maybe someone can come
with me to help get people out of the cluster beforehand.
Let me know if you have any questions, but at least this way we don't have to
take a machine over to some other room.
