Brian had already set up an area for this sort of documentation:
/mit/ops/project/Print. I updated the version of the instructions he
had there las night. I removed the copy you created since services
print seems to have to do more with things like the binaries we run on
our print servers. If you think we should try to combine these areas,
lemme know and we can try and hash out a reasonable plan, but for now
2 seperate places seems reasonable to me.
