To all ,

Upon testing, the cable showed a short. I looked for the jack but
couldn't find it. So I started to take apart the raceway to find the short
and found the jack with no cover or labeling. The line cord they were
using was not properly plugged in. I then replaced the line cord, and
tested the connection with my laptop and it was working properly. Upon
testing the printer a que problem still appeared.
