new printer problems - peecs

I'm not sure who to address this to, but I've been having problems with
the new printer peecs in 38-370. When I print a standard postscript
file generated by dvips, it always prints flush with the top of the
page. These files printed fine on the old peecs printer, as well as
printers in other clusters.
If this is the wrong place to report this, please redirect me
appropriately. Thanks.
