The monitor a m16-034-13 is messed up. the bottom of the screen is about
1/3 of the way up from the bottom, and parallel lines of dots cross the screen
at about a 10 degree angle to the bottom, spaced about 1 inch apart.
the mouse stops at the pictured bottom of the screen, not the physical bottom,
and the only way to get the mouse into the lower portion of the screen is to
move the mouse up psat the top of the physical screen.
